What is the shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on all U.S. domestic purchases. So you can shop for as much or as little as you’d like without worrying about hitting a purchase minimum. Shipping will always be on us. 

Can I track my package?

You will receive a confirmation email when your package has shipped and, inside that note, will be your tracking number. 
Please note that sometimes items from your order will ship separately. If you notice you do not have tracking numbers for the rest of your order, please email us at support@shopsilknips.com. We can provide you with the additional tracking numbers that you’ll need.  

When will I receive my package?

Once you place your Silk Nips order, it typically takes 4-9 days for your goodies to arrive at your door. If you haven’t received your order after 10 days, feel free to send us a note at support@shopsilknips.com, and we can follow up. 

What can I do if my package is lost?

If you can’t track down your order, please contact our support team at support@shopsilknips.com,and we’ll sort out a solution for you.

What can I do if my items are damaged?

Quality is of the utmost importance to us, so definitely contact us at support@shopsilknips.com and let us know what happened. We will find a solution that works for you.

What is the return policy?

Per our policy, we do not accept returns at this time. However, we always want you to feel satisfied with your purchase, so If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to send us an email at support@shopsilknips.com or fill out the form here. We’ll do whatever it takes to make it right.
